How CX Labs works

No mystery handoff and no starting over with your software. We agree on the work, prepare around your standards, test the setup and make progress visible.

Human-reviewed. Tailored to your operation. No purchase or automatic booking.

Your systems. Your standards. Our support.

Onboarding starts after signing. The team goes live only after the agreed access, training and readiness checks are complete.

From loose ends to clear ownership

The exact timeline depends on the systems and responsibilities in scope. These are the stages we use to make the handoff deliberate.

01

Agree on the work

Review locations, customer journeys, policies, priorities, coverage and escalation limits. Confirm what CX Labs owns and what stays with your team.

02

Set up and prepare

Configure approved access, document common situations, introduce the teams and train against your real workflows.

03

Check readiness

Test calls, messages and account or booking tasks in scope. Resolve blockers before live customer work begins.

04

Run the operating pilot

For 14 days after setup, review the agreed work, open items and starting measures. Use that evidence to decide what to continue or adjust.

Your 14-day pilot, at a glance

Setup comes first. The live pilot begins once access, responsibilities and readiness are confirmed.

  1. Before day 1

Agree on scope, access, contacts and a starting baseline.

  2. Days 1–7

Start approved support with regular check-ins. Review progress at the midpoint.

  3. Days 8–14

Refine workflows and track the work against the baseline.

  4. Day 14 review

Review activity, workload and your team’s feedback before choosing next steps.

What you can expect to see

Reporting is shaped around the scope, not a generic dashboard.

Work handled

The calls, follow-ups or account tasks completed within the agreed scope.

Loose ends

Items still open, blocked or waiting for your team’s decision.

Useful patterns

Recurring questions, workflow gaps and opportunities to make the next cycle clearer.

See the work before making a longer decision

We will discuss scope, pricing and a starting baseline before the pilot begins. A request is not a purchase or booked appointment.
