This notice explains how CX Labs handles information you choose to provide when asking about our services.
Information you provide
Our enquiry form may ask for business and contact information, the type of support you are interested in, and a description of the work you want to discuss. Do not include customer records, passwords, payment details, health information or other sensitive information.
How we use it
CX Labs uses enquiry information to review your request, contact you about CX Labs services, prepare for a conversation and improve how we respond to prospective customers. Submitting a request does not create a purchase or book an appointment.
Google Forms
The enquiry form is hosted by Google. When you open or submit it, Google processes information under its own terms and privacy practices. The website does not read completed answers from the embedded form.
Analytics choices
Google Analytics loads only if you choose “Allow analytics.” It measures page visits and broad actions such as selecting a service, opening the request form, or clicking an email link. Website measurement does not include form answers, enquiry text, passwords, payment details or customer records. You can decline without losing any website features. Your choice is stored in your browser. Use Privacy settings at the bottom of any page to change it. Turning analytics off stops future measurement on this page; it does not delete information already sent. Google Analytics may use cookies and process device and browser information and network information, including your IP address during transmission. We do not describe this measurement as anonymous. We send page paths without query strings or fragments and do not enable advertising personalization.
Website delivery
Our hosting providers receive technical information needed to deliver the website, such as network requests. This is separate from optional Google Analytics. Google Forms has its own privacy practices when you choose to open it. Read Google’s privacy policy.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell enquiry information. Information may be accessible to service providers used to operate the form, email, website and consented analytics, and to CX Labs team members who need it to respond. We retain it only as needed for the enquiry, business records and applicable obligations.
Your choices
You may ask a question, correct information you sent or request deletion where applicable by emailing khaled@cx-labs.app. We may need enough information to identify the request.
Updates
We may revise this notice as our services or tools change. The current version will remain available at this URL.
